Questions we get a lot

How long are my files kept on the platform?

All submitted UGC — videos and photos — is stored securely on The UGC Matchmaker for 1 year from the submission date, then removed. Brands and creators should download anything they want to keep before then.

Do creators get paid?

Gifted collabs have no creator fee — the brand gifts the product in exchange for the agreed content. Paid upgrades apply for longer videos and image packs, and the brand pays those.

Who can see my uploads?

Only you, the brand on that collaboration, and platform admins. Files live in private storage and downloads use secure temporary links — never public URLs.

Which campaigns do creators see?

Only the gifted collabs you match — based on the niches, content styles and creator requirements the brand set for that campaign.
